Urgent Process Serving

Suitable for urgent matters, such as a short notice of a court hearing, Children Act Papers and Injunctions. First attempt made within 24 Hours. This price includes a further 2 attempts (if needed). Statement of service / certificate of service. Free printing up to 10 pages.

Non-Molestation / Occupation Orders

The first attempt will be made within 24 hours. This price includes a further 2 attempts (if needed). Statement of service / certificate of service. Digitally severed on local police force if required. Free printing up to 10 pages.

£18.40 +VAT per hour
Mileage at £0.45p +VAT per mile
Printing at £0.10p +VAT per page

International

The service of overseas legal paperwork here within England & Wales. Our Fee includes up to 3 service attempts with an initial attempt within 3 service days and swear attendance signing.
Additional extras are Disbursements which are either Commissioner For Oath or Public Notary Fees.

Wait & Serve

We wait for 2 hours and serve at an residential address. Statement or Certificate Of Service Included.

Airport

Process serving at any major airport within England & Wales. We wait for 2 hours for flight arrival. Parking expenses are additional.

Volume

We are able to offer discounts for volume clients. You can expect the same level of service for all serves.

Address Tracing

Fixed fee address tracing for a basic desktop trace for occupancy information. This type of trace is useful where a in depth search and report is not necessary.

ID Verification & AML Checks

Attend subject’s address, verify identity, documents, photo, and proof of address.

Passport Collection or Delivery - POA

Secure collection and handover of passports, biometric cards, or documents. Per visit.

Welfare Check

Visit an individual to confirm wellbeing and verify identity for legal or family matters.

Witness Statement & Signature Collection

Visit witness or client to get signed statements or forms.

Business Verification Visit

Verify business trading address or operational site for due diligence or credit checks.

Document Collection or Delivery

Pick up signed forms, deeds, or bundles, scan or deliver same/next day. Per visit.
